Your engagement with JMT Industrial begins with an initial phone call or email outlining your project requirements. From there, we review the scope, drawings, timelines, and any site-specific details.
Once confirmed, you can formally engage us by issuing a Purchase Order (PO) or subcontract agreement. After the PO is received, we arrange any required site visit, measure, or pre-start inspection to finalise access, installation methodology, and coordination with other trades.
We then schedule the works in line with your program. Throughout the project, you’ll have a dedicated point of contact managing communication, updates, and onsite delivery, ensuring everything is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Once engaged, JMT Industrial works directly off your issued purchase order or subcontract agreement, delivering all works in line with the documented scope, drawings, and specifications.
Upon receiving the PO, we arrange any required site visit, measure, or access check as part of our mobilisation. This allows us to confirm logistics, installation methodology, and coordination with other trades prior to starting works.
A project schedule or start date is then agreed upon based on your program requirements, site readiness, and material availability.
Throughout the project, you’ll have a single point of contact responsible for communication, updates, and onsite coordination — ensuring the installation is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with your specification and QA standards.

Yes — JMT Industrial is fully licensed and insured to carry out commercial installation, carpentry, and construction works.
Contractor Licence: 467861C
Public Liability Insurance: Fully covered (certificate available upon request)We maintain all required insurances, tickets, and safety documentation to operate on commercial and industrial sites across NSW.

JMT Industrial primarily services the Sydney CBD, Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains.
We also service the wider NSW, and interstate locations upon request.
